Safari Tent With Bathroom

A private bathroom can transform a Safari tent into a complete hospitality unit. The key is to plan it around the available space, guest layout and the selected Safari configuration.

Bathroom construction is optional and only recommended where the layout leaves enough usable interior space.

Planning the layout

The bathroom should belong to the layout — not compete with it

A good Safari tent with bathroom starts with the accommodation plan. Bed position, circulation, guest capacity and usable interior area all influence where the bathroom can be integrated comfortably.

A transparent cost range, without pretending every bathroom is identical

Bathroom construction typically ranges from €3,000 to €5,000, depending on the Safari model, available area, bathroom dimensions and selected finish.

Sanitary fixtures are not included. Local water and drainage connections are also outside the bathroom construction price.

If the layout is too constrained, Wildhomes will not recommend forcing a bathroom into the unit simply to add another feature.

The media below comes from the same Safari model and the same location. It shows a real construction sequence rather than a staged catalogue example.

01 / Before

Open rear section before bathroom construction

The bathroom volume has not yet been enclosed. This is the stage where the available area can be understood in relation to the sleeping space and circulation inside the Safari tent.

02 / Enclosure

Creating the exterior bathroom volume

The bathroom section is enclosed as part of the accommodation, with the exterior finish coordinated with the Safari structure. The two views show the same bathroom volume during and after exterior closure.

03 / Interior build

The interior video shows the bathroom zone while the walls and internal surfaces are still being built. It makes the construction logic visible before the final finish and sanitary equipment are added.

Finished bathroom examples

The same function can have very different finishes

There is no single Wildhomes bathroom template. Available space, interior concept and finishing materials can produce different results while keeping the same core function: a private bathroom inside the accommodation unit.

Model compatibility

Not every Safari layout should include a bathroom

The sleeping area, entrance and guest circulation still need to work after the bathroom is added. Bathroom integration is therefore evaluated against the selected Safari configuration instead of being treated as an automatic option on every size.

The visible finish is only the final layer

For commercial hospitality, the bathroom enclosure should feel intentional and durable rather than like a temporary box placed inside the tent. The surrounding structure, materials and workmanship all matter to long-term use.

FAQ

Safari tent bathroom questions

Can a Safari tent have a private bathroom?

Yes. A private bathroom can be integrated into compatible Safari configurations when there is enough interior space for both the bathroom and the intended guest layout.

How much does a Safari tent bathroom cost?

Bathroom construction is typically around €3,000–€5,000 depending on the model, dimensions, layout and finish. Sanitary fixtures are not included.

Is the bathroom included in the base Safari tent price?

No. The bathroom is an optional configuration and is priced separately from the Safari base model.

Does every Safari model support a bathroom?

Bathroom integration depends on usable interior space and layout. Wildhomes does not recommend forcing a bathroom into configurations where it would compromise guest comfort or circulation.

Are sanitary fixtures included?

No. Sanitary fixtures are not included in the bathroom construction price and are selected separately.
