Glamping Tent Price: What Determines the Cost?
Wildhomes publishes transparent starting prices. The final price depends on the selected model, technical configuration, destination and the requirements of the actual location.
Starting prices shown below exclude VAT, transport and installation.
There is no single final price for every glamping tent
A base model gives you a clear starting point, but a professional hospitality unit is not always a one-size-fits-all product. The same model can be used in different countries and climates, while details such as thermal configuration, bathroom integration, anchoring, platform requirements and installation method must match the real operating conditions.
That is why Wildhomes shows the base price openly and then calculates the final configuration around the selected model and the needs of the location.
Wildhomes base model prices
These are starting prices for the base model. VAT, import costs, transport, installation and optional equipment are calculated separately where applicable.

What is included in the starting price?
The base model is a complete structural shell designed to become functional accommodation once it is correctly installed on a prepared platform.
- Tent body
- Structural frame
- Outer cover / membrane
What can increase the final glamping tent price?
The largest differences in final price usually come from the technical and comfort level selected for the unit.

Thermal module
Available for Safari, Family, Barn and Dome configurations. The thermal module is calculated at approximately 50% of the selected base model price. Prisma is offered without a thermal option.

Bathroom construction
The bathroom solution depends on the model, available interior space and the required layout. Sanitary ware is not included. Bathrooms cannot be integrated into every limited-space configuration.

Doors, windows and model-specific details
Openings, glazing, doors, windows and other technical details can change the final specification. Wildhomes uses standard model systems, but the final configuration must reflect the actual conditions and intended use.
How a Safari model can move beyond the base price
Safari starts from €6,897 for the base model and is available in six configurations. A client can use the standard version or add technical and comfort options according to the intended use.
A Safari configuration with a thermal module, bathroom construction and additional model-specific options can exceed €15,000 before VAT, transport and installation. The final figure depends on the selected configuration rather than on a fixed factory package.

The model is robust. The installation details still matter.
Wildhomes structures, timber elements and technical fabrics are designed for demanding outdoor use. The base model itself is not limited to one climate.
However, local wind exposure, snow load, altitude, drainage, anchoring, platform design and seasonal or year-round use must be considered when the unit is specified and installed. These details can affect both the required configuration and the final cost.
Choose how the model is delivered and installed
Wildhomes can supply a standard model for self-installation or provide professional installation as a separate service. Transport and installation pricing depends on the number of units and the destination country.
Supply only / self-installation
Clients who install locally can receive technical drawings and installation guidance for the selected model, including platform preparation requirements and model assembly instructions.
Wildhomes installation
Professional installation can be quoted separately according to the model, quantity, destination and site conditions.
